Ubicado en la Ciudad de México, Campo Marte recibió en esta ocasión la cuarta edición del evento Das Oktoberfest 2019, y como ya es costumbre miles de personas se hicieron presentes en el lugar, tanto mexicanos como extranjeros.
El festival abrió sus puertas desde las 11 de la mañana y alrededor de 10 mil personas asistieron al Oktoberfest de este año, y tanto chicos como grandes disfrutaron de las diferentes actividades que el festival nos brindó, en la entrada al evento las personas pudieron divertirse en la ya tradicional ‘rueda de la fortuna’.
Las familias no dejaron de divertirse en todo momento, y de esta manera integrándose a todas las dinámicas que se presentaron.
La cultura alemana estuvo presente en todo momento, presentando su deliciosa gastronomía y su popular cerveza entre las que pudimos observar la Hb Oktoberfest clara de cebada, Hb Münchner clara de trigo y la Hb Dunkel oscura de cebada, y claro no podía faltar la anfitriona del evento la cerveza Bohemia, quien nos brindó un stand en el que dieron muestras de degustación de sus sabores Weizen trigo, Pilsner clara y Vienna oscura, con el objetivo aprender a mezclar cada sabor con los diferentes tipos de comida, y para hacer esta prueba nos ofrecieron degustar su cerveza con empanadas de crema de elote, papas con tocino y churros.
De la gastronomía alemana que estuvo presente en los diferentes stands con la que el Oktoberfest nos deleitó no podían faltar los pretzels, el srtudel de manzana , la kartoffelsalat la cual es ensalada de papa con mayonesa Heinz y la famosa bratwurts que es salchicha roja, acompañada de ensalada de papa.
Heineken también se hizo presente en la celebración y estuvo regalando muestras de su bebida a todo aquel que se paseaba por el lugar.
La música tradicional se hizo escuchar con el grupo el grupo alemán Gaudi Blosn y puso a bailar a todos los presentes hasta la madrugada, todo esto en un ambiente de fiesta y alegría y una convivencia sana en la que los músicos también fueron participes del baile de la multitud.
En el lugar había personas con ropa típica de Alemania, gente bailando arriba de las mesas, niños jugando, y familias conviviendo, y las personas que asistieron por primera vez a este festival no se fueron con un mal sabor de boca, tales como Gabriel un chico que tuvimos la oportunidad de entrevistar.
“Estoy muy contento, es la primera vez que vengo y la verdad no esperaba menos, estoy muy feliz de estar aquí, había escuchado que el año pasado se había puesto muy bueno y yo estaba esperando el momento para que llegara en este año, y me está gustando bastante todo, la banda de música que está tocando son muy buenos, la cerveza es la que me está gustando más ya que vine a eso, a probar la cerveza alemana, y ya que la probé puedo decir que la recomiendo aunque está muy fuerte, las chicas alemanas que están aquí son muy lindas, y en cuanto a los precios puedo decir que son justos ya que son cosas que no conocemos y el costo aunque elevado no me molesta, mi único problema es que hay mucha gente y solo abrieron la mitad de Campo Marte, pero el evento está fantástico, y sin dudarlo voy a venir el próximo año.”
La fiesta concluyo hasta las 2 de la madrugada, y la diferencia a años anteriores fue la zona donde se organizó, ya que comúnmente se realiza en el Parque Bicentenario y también la novedad es que en esta edición hubo más stands de comida.
